For the Maidens 08 Contest



This is actually a redux of this one because I need to keep uniformity in my main cast. The other was done using a soft brush and some other techniques and it bothered me that she looked dirty. I was able to correct that here and give her some nifty scales on her uniform to boot! In case you're wondering, yes she controls water, among other things.
