Bruce Banner The Hulk

This is a glimpse into the mind of a true Hulk fan and comic nerd in general. I ranted about how the Hulk is done wrong in cinema and comics, but didn't offer how to fix it. Truth be told the formula of pick with Banner until the Hulk comes out is pretty much a classic I'm loathe to mess with, but I still feel there is more. Banner is credited with being the third or fourth smartest mind in Marvel. He was able to put together complex structures as a toddler. This leads me to believe that if he decided to really be a superhero he would properly prepare for it... as much as Hulkingly possible. My thinking is that since the Hulk is a mutation of his repressed emotions, he would understand that it's something he could never fully control, however he could partially control it. So he takes stock of what he is and what he has. First he goes away, I'm thinking Kun-Lun(where Iron Fist trained) or someplace like it and formally learns to fight for ten years(note Hulks fighting stance). While there he realizes a minor flaw in the Hulks abilities that show up in the worst way... he lacks true flight abilities. There he designs wristbands and footwear that draw on his gamma radiation for power that produce anti-gravitons which allow him true flight. No more falling from orbit. Also provides Hulk with a distance attack by channeling his gamma energy into concussive beams from his hands. Upon reversion to Banner the micro tech causes the a light armor bodysuit to cover Banner and protect him from any environment including space(limited) and protects him from small weapon fire. He can still fire concussive blasts, but at a severely reduced power level. The visor is prescription so he can see properly. Because of the durability of the Hulk the devices have to be made from adamantium with overlapping interlocking mechanisms at the microscopic level, so you cant aim for the joints and destroy them, only Banner or a fully enraged Hulk can remove them. The light armor that comes out of the bands are not made from adamantium. The construction and design are not Stark or Richards, but fully Banner's.
When Banner becomes this Hulk he retains his personality unless he becomes enraged beyond a certain point, which Savage Hulk takes over. Should he go off the deep end he has given trusted people a transmitter which releases a sedative from the bands into his blood which will almost instantly revert him back to Banner.
This Hulk's meeting with Wolverine causes Wolverine to be Kung Fu kicked into the high atmosphere and landing somewhere in the Arctic.
